Great service and very pleasant to deal with. In total we used zest to sell 3 houses over the course of about 5 months and they delivered on all 3 in terms of achieving either our price we wanted or more than we were expecting on two out of three. I highly recommend this estate agent in terms of realistic valuations and in terms of the whole selling processs. I found some of the bigger rival firms over valued in order to flatter and gain my business but no such thing from Zest. Straight talking and good knowledge in terms of marketing strategy for the houses they sold for us. Will be the first company I think of calling next time we are in a position where we need to sell. A shining light in an otherwise murky industry.
