We were tenants with Reside for over 3 years, until just last month, across 2 different properties in Bath. The main thing to say is - we couldn't hope to have had better lettings agents. They have been lovely to deal with at every turn, incredibly helpful and gone above and beyond what you'd expect of an agency. Their professionalism has been constantly matched by their friendliness and pragmatism - and as a managed tenant of theirs there is nothing they won't do to make you feel welcome, comfortable and secure, so you can just get on with living life. We have two properties in Bath managed by Reside. Over the last 3 years Reside have been able to let both properties to three long term tenants, who we believe have been on good terms with both ourselves and Reside. In the few times where we have had emergencies, due to appliance failures, Reside have been extremely quick to rectify matters. Dialogue between Tenants, Reside and ourselves is always quick and courteous. The Reside team are always pleasant and helpful and always seem to be proactive. They were most helpful when we had one of our apartments redecorated. We are not interested in simply letting our apartments, we want good decent tenants who are willing to look after the properties and so far the tenants selected by Reside have fitted the bill admirably.

We rented through Reside for nearly two years and cannot recommend them highly enough as an estate agent. From first contact it was clear we were dealing with a very professional yet extremely friendly team, nothing was too much trouble and any problems we had (very few) were dealt with immediately. Special thanks to the team who extended their fantastic service months after we vacated the property by collecting and forwarding mail. Highly recommended.

We had a very bad experience with another agency in Bath and in desperation transferred our property to rent to Reside. The difference in the service offered was incredible. Reside took much better photos and drew a floor plan to market our house and then were very responsive to anyone who was interested in renting it. Within a week, they had found us reliable tenants and completed the paperwork a few days later. Whenever I needed information, as a first time landlord, they were helpful and efficient.
