We had a very bad experience with another agency in Bath and in desperation transferred our property to rent to Reside. The difference in the service offered was incredible. Reside took much better photos and drew a floor plan to market our house and then were very responsive to anyone who was interested in renting it. Within a week, they had found us reliable tenants and completed the paperwork a few days later. Whenever I needed information, as a first time landlord, they were helpful and efficient. I would recommend their service whole-heartedly.
