Reside are easily the best letting agents that I've ever dealt with, and a huge contrast to another Bath based agency (who shall remain nameless) who managed my previous property. Reside were - at every stage of my rental period - flexible, helpful and available. They have been charming and affable, and every issue has been handled with understanding and reassurance. They have shown me what a letting agents can be, and set a standard in service that I will be desperate to seek out in the future.

We rented a flat with Reside in Bath whilst we were renovating our place in Bristol. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to their profession. Right from helping us find the perfect property, check in, fixing anything that needed attention through to check out it was a brilliant experience. I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with this company that I had to do so. Everyone in Reside strives to make things as easy as possible for you. Unlike other places, people here actually communicate with each other properly so that you get all the help you need and quickly. whenever we needed anything fixed it was done quickly and efficiently, they try their best to make sure you are not waiting for days on end. Everyone was also extremely courteous and responded to me within an hour or two after making an enquiry. I have not been impressed with other letting agencies at all, so this was a pleasant surprise, highly recommended.
