Reside's attention to detail with regards to inventory, paperwork (including paperless, and a grasp of technology), plus their accommodating attitude and transparency when it comes to charges, makes them stand out. However, they are poor with communications, especially regarding outstanding issues. They also made a royal mess of a contract renewal process, where we found them combative and uncompromising, and they were clearly acting in the best interests of the landlord. Our deposit was returned promptly, but we didn’t enjoy our last couple of months with Reside at all. Best avoided.

Hi Shaun, I’m really disappointed to see that you have lowered your initial 5 star review, particularly given how hard I worked on your behalf to agree the short extension you requested. Despite my best efforts, the owner would not agree to the extension and we ultimately had to respect his wishes. I’m sorry that you appear to blame Reside for the outcome, as I believe that your stay at the property had been a happy one until this point. It was a pleasure to work with you, and I wish you all the very best for the future. Toby.
