We were looking for a place in the countryside, near bath, that accommodated dogs and was reasonably priced, something as rare as hen's teeth. The owners of the house were reluctant to accept dogs however Reside Bath went the extra mile and facilitated acceptance of the dogs as part of the lease agreement. Very cool company to deal with, super helpful and were more than happy to assist us at every point if we had a query, a hiccup with suppliers, or just simply didn't know who to use for paint touch ups, carpet cleaning, the works. We became involved with Reside 3 years ago at the beginning of our PhDs. After 4 years in somewhat basic student accommodation, we were looking to find somewhere of better quality in a city we loved. They found us a beautiful 3 bedroom flat on Lansdown Hill, with the most fantastic view over Bath. Throughout our whole experience with Reside, they have been consistently professional, friendly and quick to solve any problems we may have encountered (including broken washing machines and gas/electricity issues). Any external visits to the property (from landlords, gas men, etc) were always notified by Reside well in advance, always with the option of us being there in person or them Reside giving them keys. The highly personal service meant that over the 3 years we had dedicated staff who tried their utmost to help. Whatever problems we had with the flat, "dealing with the agency" was more of a friendly phonecall than a strained chore (compared with some other agencies in Bath we have been with). Especially as in most cases we knew the exact person at Reside that we needed to talk to (Toby you are a hero). Our only regret was that we never thanked the Reside staff in person, so to all of you, a heartfelt thankyou from Jess, Rosie and Kate

I have a 14-month rental with Reside and I can say it is the best letting agency I have ever met. The team with Ben Bower are so friendly and professional, especially they are very understanding of tenants. To be honest, this is the first letting agency that did not try to deduct as much as they can from the deposit,it has been a pleasure dealing with them.
