We were tenants with Reside for over 3 years, until just last month, across 2 different properties in Bath. The main thing to say is - we couldn't hope to have had better lettings agents. They have been lovely to deal with at every turn, incredibly helpful and gone above and beyond what you'd expect of an agency. Their professionalism has been constantly matched by their friendliness and pragmatism - and as a managed tenant of theirs there is nothing they won't do to make you feel welcome, comfortable and secure, so you can just get on with living life. Jenny, Ben and all the other staff are unbeatable - don't go anywhere else!
