I am a buyer and not a direct client of Brockenhurst. People at Buckland Parade were easy to deal with and accomodating. Nothing too much trouble when arranging first and second viewing. Having had the offer accepted, their progress chaser, Dawn, was highly professional, knowledgable and empathic. She didn't just fight her corner, she also worked to try and keep me informed and was sensitive to my needs as a buyer. She played a key role in keeping the chain together and united in the face of external influences. I am sure that if/when I come to sell my present purchase, I will go to Brockenhurst at Buckland Parade.
