The Belvoir Basingstoke team have been genuinely superb. I switched across from another agent in December last year at the end of a long tenancy after getting tired of poor service from constantly churning, inexperienced staff. The difference with Belvoir couldn't be more noticeable. Knowledgeable, professional and responsive - they have earned their excellent reputation. Their knowledge of the Basingstoke market (including the estate my property resides in) was really impressive. Carole in particular really knew her stuff; she was hands down the most convincing agent I interviewed. Kate in the lettings team also managed the listing process very efficiently. The advert was out quickly and we had a new tenant in at a 15% uplift in rent within a month. Michelle in the maintenance team also assisted as there were a host of repairs and replacements to get sorted for the new tenant.
