Having rented through Belvoir for 5 years, I can honestly say they were always a joy to deal with. The maintenance team are fab, and extremely helpful. At the end of tenancy Jo was excellent in dealing with our Landlord and us, she was very fair and listened to both sides. We rented a house from Belvoir three years ago and have nothing but good things to say. From picking up the keys to reporting maintenance issues to the check out process that we have just been through. Everyone is truly professional,responsive and friendly. Special shout out to our inventory clerk Jo who made the whole check in and out process run smoothly, we were fully aware of what was required from us when we left the property to ensure we got as much back of our deposit as was possible. Jo was extremely helpful throughout the process and very fair, to the point that we’ve managed to get our whole deposit back. Thanks Belvoir, would highly recommend and would use them again.
