Faultless

I've just left a 7 year tenancy through Belvoir Basingstoke after finally getting on to the property ladder myself. I have to say, that Belvoir were amazing throughout, as was our landlord. Nothing was too much trouble, we were well looked after and made very comfortable in our home and in the knowledge we were in good hands. The entire check in and out process was smooth and effortless and much more stress free than any other renting experience I've had - we were helped by Jo Jones who was just so helpful and professional in her work (Thanks Jo)

What and excellent company to work with. They look after you from start to finish. Getting into the property was done very smoothly, and the continuous support from the letting staff was very well done. Perhaps the most daunting aspect of being a tenant is when you leave. Jo Jones was outstanding, in tgat she provided tips on how to leave the property in a good fashion and contacts should they be needed. If I ever have to move again, Belvoir will be my first choice.

Brilliant from marketing to completion

Amazing service from marketing right through to completion. Jamie was brilliant at valuing and marketing my property with an open day and offer within a few days. The whole sales process was managed incredibly well and Belvoir have a dedicated after sales process which kept track of the whole chain, liaising with solicitors and other agents so that it was worry free for me and I could enjoy preparing to move to my new home. Fantastic service

I AM IMPRESSED !!!

From day one when I moved in, they have been really professional and particular mention to "JO",for all her support and help in any matter that arises when I was renting. Over the years I have been with other rental agencies....always bad communication and lack of care(just a number to them),so I was impressed with Belvoir team at Basingstoke from day one till the end. I don't do reviews usually, but thought I would do this......if you want to rent with an agency in Basingstoke.....go with these guys(and if I am Back in Basingstoke I will go with Belvoir). Belvoir done us proud. Very supportive throughout the stressful business of selling a property. Belvoir held a viewing day to which 13 people booked viewings and the house was sold the next working day above out asking price.Good job done by all.
