From day one when I moved in, they have been really professional and particular mention to "JO",for all her support and help in any matter that arises when I was renting. Over the years I have been with other rental agencies....always bad communication and lack of care(just a number to them),so I was impressed with Belvoir team at Basingstoke from day one till the end. I don't do reviews usually, but thought I would do this......if you want to rent with an agency in Basingstoke.....go with these guys(and if I am Back in Basingstoke I will go with Belvoir). Basingstoke Team, they are the best. Don't know where to start. We put an offer for a nice place in Dec 2020, due the lock down and all things were going very slow, i was getting stressed out because up untile March nothing much happened, but from the Belvoirs team Move manager Natalie was updating my wife each and everything. Natalie always helped us till the day of Completion. A big thanks to her. Also i wanted thank Emily amd jamie for always being kind enough to update on a weekly basis. Thanks for Katie and Sarah-Jane for making the property viewing so easy, as first time buyer's we were asking a ton's of questions they all are very kind and professional. A great experience. Because we are young and this is one of our first properties for renting a lot of agents in town brushed it off. The agent came prepared and had answers for all of our questions. Property itself was presentable I’ve been absolutely beautiful location it was professionally clean before we moved in everything was Great. I would absolutely recommend renting from Belvoir to my friends and I hope we can stay with them and future if we need to find a different property!! .

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I cannot stress enough how amazing this team were in dealing with the sale of my flat! Specifically Emily, Jamie, Natalie & Sarah-Jane, who I have spoken to on a number of occasions, (and to all the other members of the team who I haven’t mentioned), they are polite, professional and I felt supported throughout the entire process. For me, the team came into their own with their brilliant communication skills, which was ultimately the glue that held the sale together. Unfortunately, my instructed solicitor was less than satisfactory and the sale took a lot longer to complete than would be expected. Both I and my buyer received regular updates, whilst the team acted as a go between when required between solicitors, and would assist me in chasing up my solicitor too.
