I must say my experience using Belvoir to sell our house did leave me very surprised, they really took the load off me, they emailed me every week keeping me updated with progress reports they also copied me into emails they sent to solicitors acting for myself and the buyer pushing them to keep everyone informed and keeping them on there toes. Superb end to end service and highly recommended. For some years i have let my house through Belvoir who cared after my property as if it were their own, and recently sold through Belvoir also receiving the same care and attention to detail. A company and service I would use again without doubt.

Matt (the branch manager) has been incredibly helpful and professional during the process of buying our first house, and in our opinion has done a lot more than we really needed to in order to try and help us get things done in time. He has called 3rd parties to get quotes/times for works we were considering having done (which we were already doing ourselves), and he has been incredibly on the ball in terms of making sure nothing is forgotten and everything was on track. Overall Belvoir have been a massive help to us, and have made the experience of buying our first house as pleasant as can be expected (moving always brings it's fair share of problems!) We could not be happier with the service that we have received, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience finding a property to rent. The staff have been nothing but amazing to me. They are very easy to talk to and have been very helpful.

The first time i moved house 3 years ago i used a well known online estate agent because of their low fees, once the house was sold they we not interested and i was left to deal with pretty much everything turning it into one of the most stressful things i have ever had to do. This time around i decided to pay that little bit more in hope that i would get a slightly better service but didn't actually expect the amazing service i did get from Belvoir. The Sales team were honest from the start and worked quickly to get my house on the market, what ever they said to the first viewers obviously worked as it sold within 24 hrs. What i think really sets Belvoir above the others is the care and attention they give to each and every customer from the time you sell your house to the day you move, Tasked with this job is a lady called Natalie who is a massive credit to Belvoir and without her constant contact with myself, my solicitiors, my buyers, their solicitors plus all other parties that were involved i do not believe we would have completed as quickly as we did with pretty much no hiccups, she took 90% of the stress out of the move as you were never left wondering what was going on and if there was anything she could do to chase she was straight on it.
