Just bought a house through Belvoir. I would recommend their service from start to finish

Good service while selling but very good service post sale through to completion. Jamie and Matthew in particular stood out with their professionalism and patience.

Have just brought a house through Belvoir and they have been so helpful through the process. As many of you know buying a house comes with alot of stress but with the support of jamie in the sales team he has made this so much easier. I highly recommend using this agency.

I have used Belvoir for tenant find (live locally so manage myself) on two occasions. They are really really excellent. They provide a good old fashioned personal service with all the benefits of the digital age. They are honest, charges are reasonable and completely transparent. I will always use them for the two properties that I let out. I am particularly impressed by their diligence and attention to detail in the whole tenant vetting process.

Upon moving to Basingstoke, I rented a property through Belvoir Lettings. From start to finish, the staff I have dealt with have been exceptional. The process itself was simple enough, clear, efficient and hassle free. Once in the property, on the very small number of occasions I've had to report a matter it's been handled extremely quickly. Staff are friendly and professional and always happy to help. I must make a particular mention of Carole who dealt with the initial letting and Jo, who has been an absolute star throughout. Unfortunately for us we hit the market at the wrong time, just before the snap election was called and as a result people were being ultra cautious. Despite the fact that it took longer than expected to sell, Matthew and his team did not give up and found us a great buyer in the end who offered very close to asking price. Not only that but we felt that they did a good job at steering the sale through the whole process, from the acceptance of the offer through to exchange of contracts and we were really grateful for that as there were a few scary bumps along the way for us.
