We rented a house from Belvoir three years ago and have nothing but good things to say. From picking up the keys to reporting maintenance issues to the check out process that we have just been through. Everyone is truly professional,responsive and friendly. Special shout out to our inventory clerk Jo who made the whole check in and out process run smoothly, we were fully aware of what was required from us when we left the property to ensure we got as much back of our deposit as was possible. Jo was extremely helpful throughout the process and very fair, to the point that we’ve managed to get our whole deposit back. Thanks Belvoir, would highly recommend and would use them again.

Excellent post sale service

Belvoir have provided outstanding service, particularly at the post sale stage. They were fantastic on updating us on the progress of our purchase as well and found us a much better property than we had intended on buying. They took the time to get to know what we were looking for in a property. All the staff are courteous and a delight to deal with. We highly recommend Belvoir!

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. The whole sales process from initial meeting (thanks Matthew) to exchange of contracts has taken under 3 months and gone without a hitch. Natalie, our move manager was outstanding, always cheerful with an excellent ‘can-do’ attitude. She kept us informed throughout the whole process liaising with buyers down the chain, solicitors and estate agents so we knew where everyone was, at every stage of the process.
