Barons were outstanding in their service in assisting me to purchase my property from start to finish. Property hunting, let alone buying is renowned for being stressful, but Barons made every effort to ensure that the process was stress free and they accomdated for all my needs. The team is welcoming, apporachable and hard working for each of their clients and I felt happy to go to them with any queriy no matter how small, or insignifcant it seemed. Being a first time buyer too, they guided me through the process, explaining each step as it came and regulalry updated me without the need for a prompt. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be returning to them when I come to sell a property of my own.

We contracted with Barons after we fired our previous agency for sheer ineptitude and appalling communication skills - and as now very nervous sellers, were delighted to find Barons took on board our concerns and made sure they kept very clear lines of communication open. They were the model of consistency, gave us good advice, and made sure our sale went through as quickly as possible - with no inconsiderable effort on their part. Every member of the team we worked with was both responsive and pleasant to work with, and I'd have no hesitation in working with them again.

Moving home is in itself a stressful process however with the guidance of the Barons team I was reassured at every moment I needed them. They were, without exception, both kindhearted and informative when I was unsure of the procedures. I was truly delighted with the service provided and at a competitive price. Excellent service from start to finish

Barons exceeded our expectations; great communication, professional, approachable and efficient. They sold our house within 24 hours and were very supportive and understanding during the photos and viewings as we have two young children. In particular, Phil Sutton went above and beyond - he was even left holding the baby and playing with a toddler! It took us a while to find our dream home to buy and Barons supported us throughout this process. I would recommend Barons to all our local friends/family.
