Charlie was the most consistently reliable person throughout our buying process. I'm thankful he was at the other end of the phone or email whenever we needed him, working to bring parties together and getting them on the same page. He has a way of making you feel like the only client, when solicitors can do the opposite of that! I'm glad our first buying experience was with Barons who handled a difficult and long process well. Excellent service from Barons who were truly professional throughout the elongated transaction of my property sale. Internet lawyers on both sides, and a lackadaisical property management company and freeholder meant that many layers of sluggishness had to be overcome. Charlie was energetic in managing the process and pushing things forward; Liam was ever helpful in the sale. Both were excellent.

When Jon from Barons came to our house for first viewing I knew that Barons was the Estate Agent I wanted to go for. I would describe their service as 'Exceptional'. Every single person I spoke to on the phone, was super friendly, courteous and always dealt with enquiries on the spot. No waiting for calls back, never any need to chase, the entire team are remarkable in their approach of 'customer first'. They gave great advice, and were 100% honest throughout. Huge huge shout out to Charlie! He seemed to be the lynchpin that kept the chain together, chasing up solicitors, other estate agents and keeping us all updated. Frankly I'm blown away by the fantastic work they all did. I am a critical person but there isn't a single thing that they could have improved on. Thank you, it was a very sad time for our family, and being able to leave the house sale in your capable hands made all the difference to us. 😊
