My wife and I cannot praise the team at Barons enough - 5 years ago we bought through them and this time round, we sold through them. We are big believers that you get what you pay for and Barons are prime examples of that. I’m sure you can pay less and use an online estate agent but realistically, you are screwing yourselves over in terms of the service you get. All the team at Barons were superb from John to Pat and Trevor to Charlie. Although there were delays in the chain beyond our control, the team at Barons were able to chase things, resolve things and reassure my wife and I. We even managed to get a photo of the Barons sign in the national newspapers as a nod to how helpful they were! Thanks everyone there, we will use again one day.

I recently sold and bought a property. The sale of my property was through a large company and the purchase I made was through Barons ! The difference in service between Barons and the other estate agent was so extreme I even wonder why they even deserved their commission on my sale ! If I had known at the start what I know now I would have gone with Barons always ! The service received from Barons from start to finish was excellent! I usually don’t write lengthy reviews but Barons merits every praise possible! I was always kept up to date with regular calls, I was provided support on every level and I can honestly say that Barons is what I call a TRUE estate agent ! Not just a big agency where you become a number once they have you on their books ! Honestly, if you are looking for an estate agent Don’t go with the large companies but I highly recommend to go with Barons !!! Excellent service and support from start to finish ! I cannot thank them enough and it was a pleasure dealing with them !

This is the best estate agent in Basingstoke .we have just sold my mums HSE . Our solicitors were not brilliant . But Charlie from.barons ,chased them all the time to get on with things and kept me so informed throughout the sale . Advising all that was going on ringing me everyweek sometimes twice . Also the photos that were taken to show the HSE were brilliant and the open hse got us a byer straight away . Def would recommend to anyone selling a HSE

I dont usualy do reviews but credit where credit is due! Weve been dealing with Trevor and i would quite happily buy this man a pint anyday of the week! Not only is he approachable and up for a laugh, he goes ubove and beyond to get the job done. The service is impeccable! From start to finish I can not praise Barons enough. Polite and informative thoughout the whole selling process. We had an open day to sell our house and the whole process was easy. Once we had accepted an offer, Barons kept us informed by weekly updates on how the solicitors were progressing with searches etc. We got more information from Barons than we did our solicitor!! I highly recommend Barons.
