5 Stars for Courtney! We're moving into Basingstoke for the first time and Courtney has been amazing throughout the whole process. We had some issues with the broadband router being delivered to our flat before we were able to move in and the estate agents were super helpful and went round to put it in the flat for us - definitely above and beyond service! Communication is excellent, especially compared to other estate agents we've rented with before!!

Barons Estate Agents was formed in 1988 by Kevin Penfold & Trevor Lee, with the office being opened in February of that year. That same office is still open and thriving at Winton Square in Basingstoke.
