Had a bad experience with another estate agent. Using Barons was alike a breath for fresh air. They didn’t overvalue the house to flatter me, just based on good marketing and local info. Great comms and sold the house within 3 days. We then had a long wait until our new property was ready, but every week they kept us informed via a call. If you want to sell your house and have great customer service, then use Barons.
