Absolutely the best decision ever choosing the team at Barons to sell my flat. We tried to sell privately and it fell through so approached Barons in November 2021 to help us. Probably the worst time of year to try to sell a property but with Patrick’s help we sold it within a month. Absolutely loved working with him- he’s just great. We were then passed to Charlie in the post sale team who also didn’t disappoint- he worked very hard to ensure the process kept moving and gave us very regular updates. Although working on behalf of our vendors primarily, we had a lovely experience buying our first home through Barons. The interactions we had when viewing were lovely, totally honest with the houses and not pushy like other estate agents. We saw the same person at multiple viewings and it was lovely as he remembered who we were. Even gave me a wave and said hello when I picked up the keys! We were buying a property via Barons & found their company to be professional and efficient. Liam John in the sales department in particular is a true asset to the team.
