Before using Barons based on previous experiences I was sceptical about estate agents, but Baron’s have demonstrated that when they do their job well you wouldn’t want to buy and sell without them! They acted with integrity, followed through on promises and from the word go helped us to achieve our goals whilst remaining realistic. Liam held the open day and it resulted in a sale the following week. Charlie was responsible for the after sales which I think is quite unusual, and by engaging with all parties and providing us with weekly progress updates he made that part of the process completely seamless and stress free. Thank you for your successful sale of our Basingstoke property. As you know, we are Australia based and haven’t visited the UK for many years so we’ve done everything via phone or digital.
