Fabulous experience. Incredibly diligent and without Charlie's hard work, I doubt my sale would have stayed on track. He always did what he said was going to do, and religiously called with weekly updates. The office worked brilliantly together as a team to cover holidays, and I also know they worked long hours during a very busy period. 100% recommend.

We were buying a property via Barons & found their company to be professional and efficient. Liam John in the sales department in particular is a true asset to the team. We found Liam’s approach professional, courteous and his friendly manner is lovely & not your typical ‘estate agent’. If we ever need to search or sell a property in the future, then we shall definitely return to Barons, with the hope Liam is still part of the team :) fantastic all around :)

Excellent service. Charlie at Barons certainly put a shift in and did far more than the other estate agents in our chain. The chain certainly could have fallen apart without the strong communication and advice given to our buyers. We would certainly use Barons again and having compared notes with friends also moving it was clear that having an agent solely dedicated to sales rather than sales and lettings made a big difference, a consideration I didn't really have at the start.

I’m not even sure where to begin - Barons have been brilliant from start to finish! We registered with Patrick who booked in our viewings to fit us as we were travelling to Basingstoke for one day to complete 17 viewings with different agents. Patrick made me promise we would buy a property with them and I’m so glad we did! We met with Patrick and Charlie on the viewings and they were both so professional and friendly. They out performed the other agents by far. We have mainly dealt with Charlie with our sales progression and I’ll miss our weekly catch up calls! Charlie has kept us updated thoroughly throughout the whole process and been an absolute star. Working for an agent myself, Barons are a company to watch out for. Barons came highly recommended to me by a family member who had also sold a property through them some years ago, they did not disappoint! I didn’t have the easiest of sell, due to unforeseen circumstances, but Barons were there to support me every step of the way. Everyone in the office is lovely and could not do enough to help. I never had to chase around because Barons were always one step ahead of the game, keeping me informed at every stage. In the later stages of the sale I dealt mostly with Charlie, who was amazing throughout. He went above and beyond many times to ensure the sale went through as smoothly as possible. Where do I begin! I quite honestly cannot praise all the staff at Barons enough. From the minute Matt came into my home to do the valuation, I knew that the approach of Barons was different to other estate agents and this was the estate agency I wanted to sell my house for me. I never actually wanted to sell my house at all, having owned it for 20 years, but due to personal circumstances, was left with no alternative but at least Barons made it a seamless process. Matt was courteous, extremely professional and gave me total confidence. I then met both Trevor who did a viewing and also Patrick. Barons got me a buyer from the very first viewing. Sadly, she lost her own buyer during Covid-19 and I was forced to put my property back on the market but Barons immediately got me three more viewings on the same day and Patrick secured me two offers. His negotiating skills were second to none and the advice he gave me enabled me to accept 'best' offer. Once I accepted the offer, I was then dealing with Charlie throughout the Completion process. The relationship I felt I built up with Charlie over the ~3 month Completion process was the best relationship I've ever had with an estate agent! (It really isn't true that all estate agents are the same!!). Charlie phoned me every fortnight, without fail, with updates and this went to weekly as we got closer to Completion. Not only was he chasing my buyers' solicitors but my solicitors too. He was always friendly, extremely professional and courteous and had the time to not only listen but advise and helped at every stage of the process. I would say to anyone looking for an Estate Agent in the Basingstoke area - Barons set themselves apart from others and perhaps this is because they are not a chain. The entire process from start to finish went like clockwork.
