Had a lovely viewing with Sophie, got accepted for the property where the sales team were lovely. Until, the next day I called asking some questions regarding the deposit; rent payments dates etc, so that I could get everything in hand. Even was going to be paying a month rent on an empty property as we had a 2 month notice and they said we had to move in 16th September! I got met with a very unpleasant member of staff. Blunt, abrupt and quite rude in her attitude. She made it very hard to have a conversation and felt very objective to the things I was asking, even when I was being cooperative with the needs for the property. Called back asking to speak to a manager, got refused and then got told ‘you arent tenants we want anyway’. If that’s how you conduct business, we don’t want to give you it anyway👍🏻 Update: had an email from the MD, I asked her to call me to discuss/resolve, to which I didn’t receive anything back :)

My boyfriend rented a house with this estate agent last year/this year and it was the worst decision we ever made. We received no support with anything throughout the tenancy and they are still making it difficult to return the deposit. I extremely do not recommend this agency. During a rental we seek support, not a company that turns a blind eye to what is happening. Extremely bad. Of all the rental companies we have ever had, this is the worst of all.
I rarely leave negative feedbacks but some things must be said. When you live in a property for 5 years you expect some decent things such as not having to put towels under door during autumn and winter months . Additionally given the property was rented as furbished you would expect minimum chages to be done in the same ammount of time and not have to use rusted items despite several callouts being done both e-mail and ' property visits'. It s as simple as that if you chose this rental company you will get in my opinion nothing but promisses and money taken out of account without any lack of any quality of living. As a bonus at the end of tenure they will take money from your deposit to buy other things to replace the rusted ones since you moved in as for some reason nothing was seen across at last 12 visits. This review is based as well on my 9+ years of living in uk and 3 different agencies definitely last one was the worst and least involved in the safety and quality of life for their tenants.
Very unprofessional. A viewing was arranged and cancelled 20 minutes before the time. After I called a reschedule was promised but this also didn't happen. They were basically blaming one another for not contacting me. I guess these days only sellers are valued customers for some estate agents.
Really bad estate agents.
Absolutely hopeless as letting agents. The people are pleasant enough to deal with, but they are so disorganised and muddled. They don’t pass messages back and forth from landlord/tenant, you can never anyone to call you back, they don’t seem to keep records of anything, they don’t follow up on anything, or work quickly to get issues resolved. And each time you speak to them you have to explain it all again. Very frustrating. Over promise, under deliver and quite amateurish. Recommend you avoid.

On the day of the survey we go to the address and there is no one at the agency. The owner, who says that early on in the morning, has channeled the survey, but no one has called us. We immediately go to the agency and from there we answer that they had 10 surveys and were forbidden to call us. We do not live in the city where we had a view. We paid £ 100 for transport, my husband left alone in the middle of the working day and lost half my wig, and I deprived my baby of a comfortable lunch to travel by train there in a comfortable time for the agency to tell me they had forgotten. Who would take our expenses - no one, but the inconvenience caused by the unnecessary long journey ??? I advise everyone not to waste your time with this frivolous agency!
