I've used Belvoir for a number of years to manage my properties and appreciate the hard work the team put in to making my life stress free. I would never go back to managing my own properties again.

Extensive knowledge

I have been a landlord for the past 18 years and have used Belvoir Lettings in Basildon for the past 5 years. I have found them to be very professional in the management of my property portfolio. They have extensive knowledge of the rental market in my area and keep me up to date with any legislative changes as and when they occur. Their maintenance department always ensure prompt repairs where necessary. They are a pleasure to work with.

Belvoir team made the process of renting a property smooth and transparent. Jayne and Keeley were available through out the process and clarifies all the doubts we had about the process. Kudos to the team.

Very pleased with service thanks

Had a lovely viewing with Sophie, got accepted for the property where the sales team were lovely. Until, the next day I called asking some questions regarding the deposit; rent payments dates etc, so that I could get everything in hand. Even was going to be paying a month rent on an empty property as we had a 2 month notice and they said we had to move in 16th September! I got met with a very unpleasant member of staff. Blunt, abrupt and quite rude in her attitude. She made it very hard to have a conversation and felt very objective to the things I was asking, even when I was being cooperative with the needs for the property. Called back asking to speak to a manager, got refused and then got told ‘you arent tenants we want anyway’. If that’s how you conduct business, we don’t want to give you it anyway👍🏻 Update: had an email from the MD, I asked her to call me to discuss/resolve, to which I didn’t receive anything back :)
