Great agent
We have used belvoir since 2008 and they have been fantastic with find tenants for our two bed property. They always follow the brief we supply and find tenants that match. I would recommend them to anyone either looking for a property or wanting to rent their property

Review of services provided by Craig Newbury
I have let properties for a while now. This is the first time I have used Belvoir lettings. I am very pleased with the experience of dealing with Craig. He has behaved in an extremely professional manner and helped me with the tenancy setup all the way through. He has been punctual, accomodating, kept me updated with the letting status at all times and eventually helped me find the tenant fairly quickly. I would certainly recommend his services to anyone else and would be willing to use his services for the future.

Fantastic working relationship
Whenever I have contacted Belvoir Lettings regarding a query I have always received a quick and professional response. The management of my property was always dealt with in a professional manner. The management fee that Belvoir charge each month is great value for money and they always go above and beyond to help no matter what the situation may be. Over the years I have built up a fantastic working relationship with both Sophie and Keeley and towards the end before I sold my property there we're a few issues and I cannot thank Sophie and Keeley enough for all their hard work in ensuring the transition of the sale was completed as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend them to potential landlords and should I ever purchase another property to rent, I wouldn’t hesitate to pass my property back into their capable hands.

Cannot praise enough
I cannot praise Belvoir enough regarding them managing my property in the UK. I have been with them now for almost 4 years since my move to Australia and it’s so reassuring to know that I have left my property in such safe and capable hands. Their contact, communication and response time is excellent, which means even more when you’re the other side of the world. Keeley and her Basildon team have been outstanding, always prompt, and polite and highly professional and I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending her and the company. Other Property Management agencies could learn a lot from them!

Highly recommend
We would highly recommend Belvoir as they have been exemplary in their service over the last five years we have been working with them. From Senior Management to the office support staff their attitude is always positive and they always provide a swift response and a caring approach to both us and our tenants. Over the last five years they have let and managed properties for us and managed a leasehold management company. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering renting their properties.

Able to get on to retirement

Very supportive
