We met Tom Pate when we viewed a property for sale in Bideford. He was punctual, professional and extremely helpful. He showed good knowledge of both the property and the surrounding area and was an admirable representative for the vendors.

Our house was on the market with a different estate agent with little interest, we changed to Ewe move and within a few weeks we had a buyer . People say moving house is the most stressful time in your life, well it hasn’t been for us. Everything went perfect, Chloe was amazing at keeping us updated throughout.

We recently purchased a property through this estate agent and had a great experience from start to finish.
