Tom was welcoming, polite, not pushy at all, and after showing us around the whole house, he gave me and my daughters time to look around by ourselves. Tom answered any question and was very reassuring with any worries or concerns I had. If you ever need anything answering then Tom literally is on the case he was amazing. Andrea was our go between both solicitors and kept me informed of everything she needed to and was great at chasing the other solicitors and seller.
