She has always been professional and polite, even when going through the stressful times we have experience during the sale of my property. She has worked many evening, weekend and even on her annual leave to ensure the house sale / move happened. She always kept me informed with everything. I dealt with Katie from EweMove in regards to potentially buying our first home. We decided to do two viewings in one appointment. Having now had 5/6 viewings in total for properties in the area, my partner and I both thought that Katie was by far the most warming, knowledgable and helpful, when compared to individuals from other local agencies. We chose to not pursue either of the properties we were shown, but Katie offered ample time for us and has since offered alternatives without coming across as being too pushy or 'spamming' as other local agents have been. It's also worth noting that other local agents have ignored our feedback after viewing, whereas we were happy that Katie had actually acknowledged our response and proceeded to help us further, rather than just pushing similar value properties our way. We look forward to potentially hearing from her in the future.

After using two other estate agents during the sale of my late parents' bungalow – one local and one national – I decided to give EweMove a try. Unfortunately, my experience with the national agent (named after a South African deer!) was disappointing, so it was refreshing when Tom came to value the property and immediately demonstrated a professional, knowledgeable and helpful approach.
