Tom Pate, came to do a valuation on my property and I was very pleased with the outcome. I thought his communication from the start was brilliant and he was very enthusiastic. He was actually interested in the business unlike other competitors I have decided to use him and Ewemove to sell my property as I can see they offer a brilliant service. The photography they use is fantastic and they really do know how to market a property. Alongside this I believe Tom and the team would really sell my property and be helpful to buyers as well. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from Ewe Move and in particular from Tom Pate and Katie. My house was sold in weeks and for the price I wanted! From start to finish Tom was highly professional and pro-active in his communication, using my preferred method of communication to ensure I was kept up to date. Tom was very open and honest and has a fresh approach when it came to discussing the strategy for selling my property. There was none of the arrogance and scare mongering which I have experienced with other estate agents (not that it washed with me), but it was nice to feel valued and understood and to be able to have honest discussions about the market and potential impacts without jargon. As me and my husband first walked in to Ewe Move, and meet Laura who showed us houses to buy ( we're looking for first house to buy ! ) she was so helpful, and friendly, that when we choose house to buy from Ewe Move , I knew that we're in good hands. Then we meet Tom, who is working extremely quick with sending documents needed to fill- helping out speedy and smooth purchase. We could view house in many occasions, as guys were making those arrangements with vendor super quick. Laura is my true Star in this process, as she was doing whatever possible to finalise completion, always responded quickly to my calls/ emails. She was giving me a piece of mind , and support- which was much needed during stressful time when buying first property. Amazing experience with Ewe Move. They were our third agent over the course of 2024. We had only one viewer with other agents until we placed our property with Ewe Move then the viewers started flowing and we sold our property very quickly. The sales progression has been first class. In our opinion they are the best estate agent in North Devon.

Tom showed us around the property and gave us lots of information about the property and the area.
