TPP Team in Bangor
Professional & Helpful
The whole team, especially Vanessa & Claire, at the Williams & Goodwin office in Bangor were professional, helpful and efficient right from the outset. From the first visit they were clear on what they were offering and kept those promises. They accompanied our viewers but kept us informed and reported back after every one. They liaised with our solicitor and smoothed over some stressful moments towards the end. The property was well advertised and it was sold in a very reasonable time. We would highly recommend them.

Excellent service
A huge thank you to Tim, Claire and Vanessa for a truly exceptional service when handling the sale of my mother’s property
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thank you for your kind words Gwenan I recall the day we took the instruction when I couldn't believe you helping mum put the house on the market, at the same time as finalising your daughters wedding. i bet your are relieved both events have now been successfully completed. I know how hard it must have been for mum to move on from a home she has occupied for so long but I trust she settles into Llanfair quickly, and finds the new garden a little easier to manage.
They are helping my family sell several properties. Despite the reviews on Google, you will find a much more realistic reflection on rate us. I have found the staff prompt, professional, furthermore we have not experienced any issues with …
Great
I was mostly in contact with Kelvin at the property I was living at, and he was great. He was really quick responding to any queries I had and fast to sort anything that needed doing, he made both moving in and moving out easy and as stress free as possible. Just want to say a massive thank you to all at the Bangor office again, I felt really looked after and knew I could count on things getting done. Many many thanks again
