Megan at JLL's Chelsea office is simply the finest agent I've had the pleasure of working with in London thus far. She goes the extra mile, has great taste in real estate and understands both the market and what you require individually as a client. Her work ethic and will to see you truly happy in your new property, sets her apart. An example of class and an agent you can actually trust.

Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Really kind of you to go to the trouble of sharing your experience with us. Having just spoken with Nadine she was well aware of your urgent needs for accommodation and was delighted to see that having now passed reference we should be in a position to move you into your new house very soon, where I am sure you will be very comfortable with your family. Wishing you all the best for the future Tim
Really fantastic and helpful all the way through the purchase process despite there being numerous problems with our end of the chain. Nadine was very understanding and helpful and supported us to purchase through to completion.
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: So glad we were able to help you buy this property, and I was delighted to read your praise for Nadine as I know she has been working fervently on the chain with this sale. I believe completion is due this Friday so you can relax and enjoy the view over the Bank Holiday weekend. Thank you for going to the trouble of posting this review
It was a pleasure to do business with Mr & Mrs Goodwin and their team. They provide an extremely professional service that gets the job done. I would not hesitate in recommending their company and would certainly turn to them in the future should the need arise.
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thanks for the kind words Nick, I know Julia was determined to get this sale through and was constantly in touch with solicitors and the buyer to make sure the many issues raised were resolved as soon as possible as we were all aware that time was of the essence. It was a pleasure to act for the family in the sale of such a special house and I know the buyer is going to have a great deal of pleasure from enjoying the views and beach front position for years to come.
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thank you for the 5 star review Alison. I know how much the property meant to you and your family and trying to sell a property from abroad is not easy but I am pleased we were able to help complete a successful sale on such a special property. Whilst I am sure you will continue to visit North Wales I know the decision to sell was not made lightly and I trust we were able to make the sales process as smooth as possible. Best Wishes from all the team at Williams & Goodwin
Julia and the team went above and beyond to ensure the purchase went as smoothly as possible for me. Outstanding communication, really supportive and very thorough. Highly recommended!
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thank you for the kind words Iwan, and the chocolates! I know various legalities created issues in the purchasing process so I am delighted to see that the hard work and support put in by Julia and others helped ensure you were able to complete the sale in an area where you strongly wanted to be. If we can be of any further help to you, friends or neighbours I know Julia would be only too glad to help. All the best
Very good experience, Sam, Emily and Nadine were all so helpful. Everything went through so smoothly. Can’t praise them enough. BIG THANK YOU.
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thank you for your kind words of praise to the team Sandra and for the extra treats which have gone down especially well. I am sure the property purchase will prove a great success for your growing business and we wish you all the very best
great communication, during and after sales is brilliant
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thank you James I have always believed that to do a good job for buyers and sellers you need to build relationships, and these can continue long after completion is achieved so it really is nice to see you fully appreciate the importance we place on not just getting an offer, but on carrying that through the transaction and beyond you getting the keys to move. Hope you have many happy hours with the family in such a special position for years to come
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thank you for the 5 star review and I know Julia has replied to you personally. As the property had so many happy memories for you it was nice to be able to sell to a couple moving back to the area who were delighted to find such a spacious house in the middle of the town, and were particularly pleased to be opposite the chapel in which they married over 30 years ago. All the best for the future. Tim
