Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd

We are extremely grateful to Greg Darby & Trudy Zemaitis and the team at Winkworth, Reading for their exceptional support in making our property purchase a success. From the very start, they were professional, proactive, and always available to answer our questions. Their expertise and efficiency played a crucial role in ensuring the transaction was completed in under six weeks, even with the added complexity of a management company and the requirement for a management pack. They kept everything moving smoothly, coordinating effectively between all parties and ensuring there were no unnecessary delays. Their excellent communication, market knowledge, and commitment to customer service made the entire process stress-free. We highly recommend Greg & Trudy and the team for anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent. Thank you for making our home-buying journey so seamless!

I’ve been using Winkworth for the past 7 years and am very happy to continue working with them. James Old is always my first point of contact when discussing the current market and seeking guidance, and his team has consistently been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed new tenants for our properties. Special thanks to Charlotte, Aoife, Orlando, and Abbey for their recent support with lettings and renewals — your professionalism is truly appreciated. In my experience, Winkworth is one of the most reliable and professional letting agency in Reading. They’ve never let me down, and I’ve confidently recommended them to friends. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and knowledgeable letting agency.

Would like to thank all the team in Bangor for their support. Big thanks to Julia Goodwin for making the whole experience a breeze.

I’m very happy with the service o received from Julia, Sam and the team. They took care to explain the process to me and were always happy to answer any of my many questions!

Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful, polite and cheery. Nothing was too much for them and they carried out any requests that were needed. Fantastic team.

I was recommended by a neighbour who had sold their house through Williams & Goodwin, after they’d used a previous local agent with whom they had little interest after one year. With W & G, their house was sold within a few weeks. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable
