Tried to purchase two properties through Country Properties, was asked to provide copies of my bank statements because an email from Barclays stating the mortgage has been approved is not good enough. With the first property they actually put it back on the market the day before we were due to exchange contracts. I have purchased lots of properties and never been messed about this much. Michelle Woods could learn a lot from whoever dealt with the 5 star reviews on here.
