I sold my flat through Sonia and her team, and although there were some complications regarding the Leasehold, Sonia's and her team's knowledge was invaluable (far more so than my solicitor), and their input ensured that the issue was resolved in a timely and cost effective manor. From the first consultation, to arranging viewings, to handling the progress of the sale through to completion, I can't fault the service provided by the various members of the team that were involved. I shalt be moving for many years, but when I do I shall certainly be using Country Properties again.

Wow what an amazing company and other estate agents could certainly learn a thing or two from Country properties. Moving house is so stressful especially when you buyer pulls out on the day of exchange. I have to take my hat off to the whole team at the Baldock office as they all worked hard and way past the normal working hours and we are now living in our dream home. They are very knowledgeable and professional and took the stress out of the moving process. I do not normally do reviews but felt they had gone beyond the norm and cannot recommend they enough.

From the very first time I called into Country Properties Baldock, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. They listened to my requirements and showed me a number of properties which unfortunately were not quite suitable but they introduced me to a slightly larger property which better suited my requirements and therefore I made an offer which was accepted. After the purchase all the staff keep me fully informed of all developments even on the property which I had sold privately, at least once a week. It was a great pleasure to deal with all members of staff.

Despite the fact that we put our house on the market at a relatively quiet time, Country Properties listed it at the price we wanted and then pulled out all the stops to get people through the door. There was a constant stream of viewers and within two weeks we had sold. We also bought our next property through them and they were extremely helpful with securing that for us. When we approached the exchange of contracts and all parties wanted different things, Sonia and Kerry were great at making sure everything progressed in the right direction and that everyone remained happy. We also used their solicitors who were fantastic throughout the whole process, giving us regular updates without us even asking for them and dealing with issues super fast. I would most definitely highly recommend Country Properties and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
