Country Properties, Baldock Office is simply the best estate agents that I have ever used, having bought & sold several properties, or been involved in such transactions in a business capacity during my working lifetime of over 40 years. All of the staff at their offices are delightful, professional, very experienced, extremely patient and courteous - and that's saying something from an ex-Bank Manager! On this occasion, we bought a house in Baldock through this Country Properties office and were fortunate to deal with virtually the entire staff, mainly: Sonia Jakes (Branch Director), Denise Weller & Michelle Woods (Sales Negotiators) and Helen Celik (Branch Manager) - but all are really lovely. Yes we had some problems to solve and queries for several months, buying a house is never straight forward, so the expertise of these people made the process so much less painstaking. Thank you again to 'the team' and for their wonderful service. Go and give them a try, for customer service and satisfaction they must be simply the best!

Professional, personal service and expertise

I sold my house through Country Properties in the summer of 2016. Helen and her team ensured the selling process was stress and hassle free. I simply handed over a set of keys and within a week my house was sold. I happenened to be home when a viewing was taking place and was very impressed by the knowledge and level of expertise shown by the agent who had clearly taken the time to understand the house and what it had to offer. She even highlighted features I had not considered in my 4 years there! My purchase through another agent was rather protracted, but throughout Sonia co-ordinated and cascaded information between all the parties in the chain on a regular basis to ensure there was a good level of communication. She pre emptied any challenges before they could become issues and kept everyone positive despite the many frustrations. I wouldn't use anyone else if I was looking for an agent and would highly recommend. Thank you Country Properties!

Christian showed my sister and I around a Biggleswade property at Manor .court! He was very professional, but not pushy. He answered all of our questions about the property, and was extremely helpful. We were very impressed with his upbeat attitude.
