The service from Sonia and her team at Baldock Country Properties is second to none: I had to delay my sale and related purchase due to ill health the team were able to manage the chain so that we all completed after I was out of hospital. This meant an unending amount of extra phone calls that Sonia and the team had to make yet it was all done with supreme efficiency and kindness to me. I sold my house through Country Properties in the summer of 2016. Helen and her team ensured the selling process was stress and hassle free. I simply handed over a set of keys and within a week my house was sold. I happenened to be home when a viewing was taking place and was very impressed by the knowledge and level of expertise shown by the agent who had clearly taken the time to understand the house and what it had to offer. She even highlighted features I had not considered in my 4 years there! My purchase through another agent was rather protracted, but throughout Sonia co-ordinated and cascaded information between all the parties in the chain on a regular basis to ensure there was a good level of communication.
