A family member involved in the choosing of our next home was denied entry into an empty property for not being able to wear a mask, even with their exemptions lanyard around their neck. At the date of viewing, it was during the period masks were optional; and before the government announced we need to start wearing masks indoors again. I would give them the benefit of the doubt if it was because they are VERY cautious about C-19, but they didn't ask us if we were showing any symptoms or if anyone in our household was self isolating (like most places ask), nor did they exercise any of the basic covid precautions. So I doubt it was that. On the plus side I know not to use them for the sale of our current house as they are not inclusive and will be excluding all potential purchasers with hidden disabilities without a mask.
