The quality of their photography was far higher than the agents we foolishly tried first, and the video they produced was brilliant - several of the viewings mentioned it. The real quality though was after the sale was agreed. It was a complex transaction with many parties involved, but all of the Bluebell team kept on top of it and pushed it through - even when it wasn't really their job to do so.
