Being an independent estate agent rather than a big chain can sometimes make you worry that you won’t get the best agent to sell your house but this is the complete opposite with Bluebell Estates. They look after you from start to finish and will always work so hard to keep you updated, nothing is too much trouble for the whole team. Bluebell Estates were amazing at dealing with our purchase!!! As first time buyers, we were apprehensive to say the least. Unfortunately at the start of our house hunting process we had dealt with two of the larger estate agents in Kent, and it became very clear that they were quantity over quality. However we were very lucky to find an apartment that ticked every box, and it was being marketed by Bluebell Estates. We had John show us around on our first viewing, and Wendy on our second viewing, both of which were very professional, knowledgeable and honest, qualities the larger estate agents lacked. The apartment we purchased was under shared ownership, which in essence meant we were purchasing 100% of the property from two serperate parties, which at times proved quite challenging. Our after sales care was handled by Debbie in the office, and she was amazing at every stage. Chasing all parties on our behalf and continually putting our mind at ease. We’ve been in our apartment a week now, but both my partner and myself are in agreement that we wouldn’t hesitate to contact Bluebell to market the property when the time comes. The whole team at Bluebell went above and beyond throughout our sale process. They did everything they promised to do, on time and without drama. They were really easy to communicate with and answered all calls and emails promptly. We used them for our property rental and then subsequent house sale. Starting with the property rental - John and his team gave us expert advice from start to finish. We were new to renting and they talked us through everything and did all the thinking for us and managed the whole process. It was seamless and stress free and we were kept informed throughout. Throughout the rental, Bluebell took care of everything and ensured that all maintenance and services were arranged, hassle free and at competitive market rates.
