For a number of years Bluebell Estates have helped me through the process of buying, selling and renting properties and their expertise is second to none. The whole team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Having purchased a new property to let, it was a challenge to find a letting agent that would offer and carry out a five star service, which I was desperate to find following a previous bitter experience with a so called letting agent, I decided to register with Bluebell estates, to manage the property. As with most new builds there is an element of snagging to be carried out, without going into details, it was essential these were picked up, by the tenant so that my agent could liaison with the developers, who insisting on being in attendance at times, plus keeping me informed on progress. I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebell estates as a quality estate agent, to find a suitable reliable tenant and supporting both tenant and landlord alike.

We have used Bluebell 3 times now can not fault them! With our last house we stupidly went with Purple Bricks who are the Ryanair of Estate Agents! You pay for everything and have hidden extras! We were with PB for 4 months before instructing Bluebell and we had more viewings in the first month than we did with PB the 4 months with them. Can not recommend highly enough the friendliness, personal touch and professional service of Bluebell that you don’t get with big estate agents.

We have been extremely impressed with Bluebell Estates. From the initial valuation, to helping with all stages of the selling and buying process. All of the team are amazing and are so helpful, from Wendy who did the valuation at the start, to John who took the photos and worked on marketing, as well as helping with form filling and so many questions, to Debbie who helped with the after selling and final stages of the move. From beginning to end, Bluebell have been amazing, couldn’t recommended them enough. Our journey to a new home was turbulent to say the least, and every step of the way John and his team were supportive and re-assuring, after our first house fell through as our vendors retracted from the transaction on the day of exchange, Bluebell instantly stepped in to help us in find another home (even outside their own portfolio). Even from the sale of our home, we had initially attempted to have our property listed with a other large estate agent chain, but they failed to get our property listed on to market in 1.5weeks despite us stressing the urgency, this is where Bluebell stepped in and within 24Hrs of meeting with John, our property was marketed and sold within 2weeks, top marks from me for Bluebell. Throughout our transaction, there were moments towards the end were things weren’t progressing well (no fault of Bluebells) and they were regularly touching base with us ensuring everything was ok and still not a problem, a complete contrast to the other estate agent in the chain. Overall if you’re thinking of selling or buying I would make every effort to work with John and his team they are doing a great job, and using a more personal touch with every aspect, even just making a simple phone calls was never an issue, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I am a landlord and have been with Bluebell estates for a number of years. I have always found them to be very professional helpful and friendly. I recently had a problem with the water services, and as I live a considerable distance from Kent I rely on there assistance a great deal. I would like to say all the staff go above and beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. I do not know how I would have coped if I had not been with them. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of using their services without hesitation. Well done to everyone at Bluebells you really are an excellent team.
