We bought through Bluebell Estates and honestly I wish we had sold through them as well. From the initial call I made to view the property until we picked up the keys, everyone I spoke too was so helpful. Debbie especially was so helpful and friendly. We had a lot of issues in our chain and I think the whole thing nearly fell through a few times, but Debbie took the time to answer all my questions and find out additional information as soon as she could. Her updates were always clear and informative, which saved my sanity as the bigger company we sold through were not as helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

It was a big decision choosing an estate agent to sell through, with so many options out there and varying advice & fees. I couldn’t be happier that we went with Bluebells, they were spot on from start to finish and it really felt like they cared, not only about selling our house but about our experience. I used Bluebell Estates to sell my property but they were also integral to keeping me sane throughout the process! I ended up being in a chain of 7 and they were extremely helpful with keeping me in the loop throughout the somewhat painful process. Far better than any of the other agents involved, some of which I hardly spoke to at all. Debbie in particular went above and beyond. If I buy/sell again, they will be my first point of call.
