Worst agency ever. Aranged a viewing on Friday it took me 30 minutes to get to the property and after 10 minutes i was waiting outside i called them to see why they were late and they said they couldnt find me on the records. I said alright mistakes can happen and we re-arranged they suggested me to re-arrange for the following day. I went again to the property and by surprise nobody showed up again. I called them three times within that 30 minutes delay and i ve been told that he is on his way. Because nobody showed up again called back and they told that actually the agent didnt pick up the phone and they dont know where he is. I cannot imagine worst coatumers service than that and i regred for the time i spent looking for a property woth them.

We lived at 3 Anton Court Andover from May 2011 - May 2012 and when I was at work they entered my flat without 24h notice to do viewing when my wife was taking shower! Normal practice for them. Avoid. Expensive and not proffesional.
