I have bought several properties in the Andover area now from estate agencies like Connells and Ashwell's and also have a property portfolio in the Basingstoke area as well. I have never come across an agency or an organisation as unprofessional as Belvoir ever!. I believe that the staff at Belvoir are extremely rude, inefficient and unprofessional. I would never do business with this organisation as a buyer or a seller. In my dealings with this organisation I have come across what I regard to be some very suspect business practices which would simply not be acceptable in any of the other more reputable estate agents in Andover. This agency has an extremely poor reputation in Andover and beyond ....you have been warned !!!! I have previously viewed a number of properties through Belvoir but I did not find those properties as suitable/ value for money and as a result I have took my business to Connells & Ashwells where I received an excellent service from both and recently purchased properties from both (offering inexcess of the asking price!). Belvoir Estate Agents has a rubbish service, unprofessional staff and what I believe to be extremely suspect business.. amateurs/cowboys !!!!!

Worst agency ever. Aranged a viewing on Friday it took me 30 minutes to get to the property and after 10 minutes i was waiting outside i called them to see why they were late and they said they couldnt find me on the records. I said alright mistakes can happen and we re-arranged they suggested me to re-arrange for the following day. I went again to the property and by surprise nobody showed up again. I called them three times within that 30 minutes delay and i ve been told that he is on his way. Because nobody showed up again called back and they told that actually the agent didnt pick up the phone and they dont know where he is. I cannot imagine worst coatumers service than that and i regred for the time i spent looking for a property woth them.

We lived at 3 Anton Court Andover from May 2011 - May 2012 and when I was at work they entered my flat without 24h notice to do viewing when my wife was taking shower! Normal practice for them. Avoid. Expensive and not proffesional.
