Paying £1125 for a property, and I've been without heating for 7 weeks!! Emails ignored, empty apologies and promises to resolve as soon as possible, no update on the issue since the 2nd of December, and it's the 20th now so I expect to be freezing the whole Christmas period. House temp is 15°c as of writing this. Disgraceful.
