I had better service from Sasha (our purchase) l than I could ever have anticipated. We had some issues with our sale and Sasha was on hand to help us resolve them every step of the way. I’ve used several agents to try to sell my property and not one of them has come close. Sasha has done all of the chasing that my agent should’ve done, she’s always been available to help and absolutely nothing is too much bother. Sasha is personable, knowledgable and just brilliant. Sasha and Sarah were very supportive when our original house purchase with them fell through and then pulled out all the stops to try and find us a new home. Although we didn’t buy through CP in the end I was pleased to learn they were in the same chain and towards the end Sasha was amazing, keeping me updated and helping us get to the point of exchange even though she had no obligation to as we didn’t sell through CP either.
