I had better service from Sasha (our purchase) l than I could ever have anticipated. We had some issues with our sale and Sasha was on hand to help us resolve them every step of the way. Sasha and Sarah were very supportive when our original house purchase with them fell through and then pulled out all the stops to try and find us a new home. Although we didn’t buy through CP in the end I was pleased to learn they were in the same chain and towards the end Sasha was amazing, keeping me updated and helping us get to the point of exchange even though she had no obligation to as we didn’t sell through CP either.
