THANK YOU SASHA! I put my rental property on the market with Sasha, it was tenanted but Sasha has worked tirelessly on the sale. Yesterday we exchanged (6 weeks before my tenants notice to leave) and we complete today, allowing my buyers to benefit from the last stamp duty holiday. (Both buyers and tenant v happy).
