So far very good

We've been in the flat for around 3 months now. Our oven stopped working the other week on Wednesday night and Kenneth booked in for someone to come in and look at the oven on Saturday. The guy had a spare part with him so the oven was fixed on the same day. Kenneth has been quick on emails and has rang me to sort through the matter of the oven as quickly as possible. I'm very happy with the speed of having our Oven fixed.

Jordane is wonderful to work with. We have have a very high turnover in property managers over the past 3 years, and Jordane is the only one who reached out when taking on our property, introducing himself and making sure everything was taken care of. He responds almost immediately to inquiries and works closely with you to ensure that everything is resolved properly and in a timely manner. We are not used to renting or living in a large city and having Jordane to work with has made this experience much more comfortable.

We left messages in Rightmove in flat research. Lord is one of the quickiest agents in replying me. We made quick decision on the right flat that he introduced. During the process for documentation and banking arrangement. Lord is extremely patient and accompany us to handle arrangement steps by steps. Besides, Lord is very friendly and give us lots of treasurable opinions. Repair of washing machine

Rosita was extremely prompt in her replies to our needs (she always got back to us the next day) and helped us in many ways, such as contacting the landlord for repairs as he lives overseas. She was very quick to arrange repairs with the appliance company and was very concerned about whether the repairs were done properly. We definitely feel safe with her as our property manager!

Actually we rented our flat last November, and we had the greatest experience ever with LR and the team, when we relocate to London we had very hard time to find our property, when we contacted Endrit from Life Residential he found for us what we exactly wanted and we moved to the property within the same week , Endrit was really helpful and he was answering all our questions and phone calls all the time, he is adding a lot to the company name as he is giving to the clients more that they expect. we will deal with Life Residential and especially with Endrit whenever we decide to buy a property. we were lucky to find Life Residential ! wish best of luck to Life Residential and Endrit

Responding to a repair that was required in the apartment

We have been with life residential for over 3 years at Denison House and this was the first time that we received such good service in the past 3 years (after our initial interaction with Jack Spellman who also provided great service when we initially moved into an apartment with life residential back in 2013) Tonte responded to our query immediately communicated effectively , got the matter sorted and also followed up with us to see that it has been completed to our satisfaction.
