Ms Ellie Fever is efficient and straightforward I find comfort in dealing with her In my previous expenence dealing with Life Residential, I was usually referred to different personnel - it was difficult communication when I had to deal with too many different people in your company. Also sometimes they called me by telephone, but was not efficient in dealing with the questions; time difference between the UK and HK proves to be inconvenient especially when I have a busy work schedule. I would prefer to use emails and retain written records in correspondence. We hope that Ellie would continue to take care of my property rental matters and account.
