Always responsive and helpful

As a tenant I could not ask for better service from an agent. Alice is always responsive on email and makes sure maintenance issues are taken care of quickly, she makes sure I am always promptly informed regarding an access needed to my flat for inspections and maintenance. 10/10 for service and communication.

First class customer service

Alex dealt with my contract renewal with professionalism and efficiency. She kept me up to date and she was responding to my emails promptly. It was great talking with her and the renewal came through with no problems.

Thoroughly professional service

I am writing s a tenant who is new to Life Residential. I had a couple of issues early on in the flat which Romina dealt with quickly to ensure they were resolved. She was also very diligent in following up to check that everything was satisfactory following he work done by the contractors. Couldn't ask for more than that!

Review for estate agent Pelin Ahmet

I recently purchased a property through Life residential and dealt with Pelin Ahmet throughout. The purchase took longer than anticipated due to problems on the vendor's side which was quite stressful, however Pelin's caring, professional and all round impeccable customer service made it a great deal easier for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.
