Responding to a repair that was required in the apartment

We have been with life residential for over 3 years at Denison House and this was the first time that we received such good service in the past 3 years (after our initial interaction with Jack Spellman who also provided great service when we initially moved into an apartment with life residential back in 2013) Tonte responded to our query immediately communicated effectively , got the matter sorted and also followed up with us to see that it has been completed to our satisfaction. I can be confident that he is a great asset to your company, given the unsatisfactory levels of service we have received from our previous property managers at Life. We will look forward to continuing our relationship with Life Residential should you have such great employees as Tonte , who provide a seamless service to make our lives that much easier.
